My friend and I were on holiday in Madeira and needed a scooter to explore the beautiful island. That’s when we found Paul and from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms. The scooter we rented (which we later named Daisy) was in perfect condition: plenty of storage space, great tires, and even a phone holder for navigation. Paul went above and beyond by giving us useful tips and sharing some fascinating history about Madeira. He was always available via message if we needed anything. When it came time to travel from São Jorge to the airport, Paul even helped us transport our luggage for a very affordable price, making the whole experience stress-free and smooth. Super agence ! Paul et Duarte sont vraiment au top ! Paul parle français donc ça facilite vraiment les choses pour louer un scooter. Le prix est certainement au dessus des compagnies low-cost mais le service est vraiment vraiment parfait : équipe super sympa, location rapide avec des conseils de visites et surtout pas de frais supplémentaires au dernier moment ! Franchement, vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés ! ~ Anthony C

Wir hatten uns einen Roller für 6 Tage ausgeliehen. Sehr transparent. Preislich nehmen sich alle Verleihe in Funchal nicht viel, hier hat man allerdings keine extra Kosten. Einfach einen fairen Preis mit allem inklusive. Man kann die Roller auch nur ganze Tage ausleihen und keine 24h Zeitfenster. Ich würde den Verleih auf jeden Fall empfehlen, zudem rund um die Uhr auch jemand erreichbar war. ~ Jonas

Muy contento con la experiencia de circular por Madeira. Un coche pequeño como el Fiat 500 es ideal para conducir por las muchas carreteras estrechas de la isla. El sensor de aparcamiento ayuda a no dar un golpe al aparcar. Te dan la posibilidad de dejar el coche a la mañana siguiente del día contratado. Buena compañía de alquiler de coches. ~ Agustin C

Wir haben einen Scooter für 2 Wochen gemietet. Der Scooter war in einen top Zustand und wir haben einen fairen Preis bezahlt. Zu Beginn wurden Fotos und Videos gemacht, die einem dann per WhatsApp zugeschickt wurden. Rückgabe ohne Probleme. Der Service war wirklich hervorragend! Der Vermieter stand uns jederzeit zur Verfügung und hat uns direkt zu Beginn angeboten uns am Ende für einen kleinen Aufpreis zum Flughafen zu bringen. Absolute Empfehlung! ~ Nils M

Scooter rental turned out to be a great option! Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant situation due to an attempt to steal a scooter. Fortunately, securing the scooter made it impossible for the thief. Immediately after discovering that something was wrong, we went to the rental shop. We got a replacement scooter immediately. We had to cover the cost of breaking several plastic pieces. It turned out ok. 200 euro. Our landlord was surprised because it was the first of its kind in Madeira. We also recommend parking in reserved car parks. Perfect service, everything went well! Encontrei este Rent Car, que por acaso até foi para alugar uma scooter, pois de clientes passámos a amigos, o Sr Paulo Freitas é uma pessoa 5* , disposto a ajudar em tudo e com uma boa disposição enorme. Não existem palavras para descrever o profissionalismo,a simpatia,a amabilidade e a disponibilidade do Sr.Paulo e do Sr.Duarte! Sehr freudliche und kooperative Leute. Verständigung in Englisch sehr gut möglich. Guter Preis für ein Auto. Lieferung und Rückgabe am Hotel. Keine Probleme bei Verlängerung der Mietzeit. Selbst nach einem kleinen Unfall mit Sachschaden gelassen und freundlich! (Die Regeln in einem Kreisverkehr sind in Madeira anders als in Deutschland! - Bitte informiert euch vor der Fahrt.) - Alles in Allem: Empfehlenswert, beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder bei diesem Anbieter. ~ Martin

Mega lieber Kerl und fairer Preis für den Service und die Qualität. Klar, etwas höher als üblich, aber um spontan einen Roller auf Madeira zu finden war es definitiv die beste Wahl - 135€ für 3 Tage, Sprit kostet sowieso wenig. Nächstes Mal gerne wieder. Danke! ~ David

In großer not fair bersten und einen absolut guten Preis gemacht. Mit Kaution über Debitkarte gab es null Probleme und wir haben sogar ein besseres Auto für gleichen preis bekommen, da er gesehen hat das wir am Berg wohnen und ein stärkeres Auto brauchen. Er war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einfache Kommunikation über WhatsApp und ein tadelloses Englisch. Man bekommt sogar ein Video wo alle Vorschäden drauf sind und man muss sich keinen Kopf zerbrechen. Top Top Top ~ MyM

Wir brauchten spontan einen Mietwagen für zwei Tage. 1h nach unserem Anruf hatten wir einen neuwertigen, gut gepflegten Citroën C3. Alles lief unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wirklich netter Typ. Würden wir jedem weiter empfehlen. ~ Franziska

Paul was very friendly and rented us a small Suzuki, which also coped with the steep roads in the Monte district. He showed us all the previous damage himself and didn't want to sell us any superfluous insurance. Even when we returned the car and reported the small stone chip in the windscreen, he reassured us that it had already been there. Absolutely trustworthy! We would go to him again! I spontaneously booked a car for 3 days and was very happy with everything. Very nice, competent and trustworthy people who took their time to explain everything to me very clearly and did not try to pull any scams or to make any extra money by special insurance etc. I got a Fiat Panda and at first wasn't sure if it would make it over the steep hills of Madeira but the car was perfect and in great condition. We rented a Fiat to drive around the island for the hikes etc. The car was in great condition, clean and the communication easy from start to finish. We did not have to worry about the typical extra charging for old damage or something similar. Take care of the car and they will take care of you. Extremely honest and straightforward people working at the company and I recommend this to anyone who tries to find a legit and honest rental company. ~ Petri K

Fiat 500 état neuf, très bien entretenue et parfaitement adaptée aux routes de Madère. La location inclut l'assurance tous risques, donc pas d'entourloupe ni au paiement initial ni à l'arrivée. Tarifs bien plus intéressants que les loueurs internationaux présents à l'aéroport. Personnel très professionnel, que ce soit Paul (parle français) ou Duart. We have rented a Suzuki just for 1 day. Even though it was not the cheapest option we could have has, we decided for this company because of the positive reviews. I can confirm that the staff was very professional, reacted on whatsapp very quickly, car was in perfect condition. Whole process was very smooth.
